"James, Cory and all his subs did an amazing job with our small condo in Winter Park, CO. We purchased it knowing that it needed some work, but didn't realize the level of "take the insurance money and do the work yourself" we were dealing with until we had pellet stove fail requiring a new stove and hearth. We then followed a kitchen and bath remodel that both updated and brought elements up to code. James was communicative, honest about cost or any challenges he had to address. James worked with my design vision (giving honest feedback about what would be more expensive vs cost saving, so I could make a clear choice).
